Red Dot / Pistol Optics

Thursday     9/17/26   7pm-9pm

Pistol-mounted optics (red dot sights) can be beneficial to both new and experienced shooters. To get the most out of them, you must know how to use them correctly.  Learn the techniques to properly use pistol-mounted optics (red dots) for self-defense. This course focuses on the fundamentals and capabilities of these sights and the proper techniques for optic sight-in and acquisition under different conditions and circumstances.

This is a live fire course  - Members $51.75      Non-members $77.63

Utah (30 State) CCW Permit Class   

Saturday     9/19/26   10am-1pm

This four (4) hour class is conducted in the classroom and covers firearm safety, shooting fundamentals, stance, firearm malfunctions, loading and unloading revolvers and semi-automatics handguns, Utah law, and more!  This class is an easy start to get your concealed carry permit in 30 states. While this permit does not guarantee you a permit in RI, MA, or CT, it does lay the foundation to show you passed a background check, have been issued a concealed carry permit, and attended a firearm safety class.

MA LTC Class   

Saturday     9/19/26   2pm-6pm

The MA Basic Firearms Safety Course is the first step to becoming a responsible gun owner in Massachusetts.  The MA LTC requirements include the MA Basic Firearms Safety Course, and our 4-hour class with licensed instructors satisfies those requirements. During this class, you'll be given hands-on experience with a variety of firearms, as well as be educated on the ins and outs of Massachusetts gun laws, how to properly store and secure your firearms, and more.

MA Member $77.63        MA Non-Member  $103.50

This course is designed for novice to experienced firearms users who want to increase their skills while shooting in diminished light conditions. The course covers principles of low light, basics of how your body processes lighting variations, flashlight types and features, how to carry, switchology, use of cover integrated with light, and how to use your weapon light and handheld light for target identification and engagement.

Adult and Infant First Aid/CPR/AED

The American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED program is designed to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies. The courses in this program teach participants the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person when minutes matter and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed.

• Please include Name, Phone, Email address, Badge number if a WLRG member, and suggested date/month you'd like to attend for further coordination to proceed.  Please state if there are already the minimum of four (4) attendees in a group, as we can open the date for a private class as well.

• Once the specific class requested has the appropriate number of attendees, an email with the specific class information and link to pay and reserve a seat will be sent to complete the transaction.
